The brief for the project was to update the existing 1930’s period detached house to modern standards. The property was demolished internally with part demolition to external walls where front elevation was being moved forward and re-built to new specifications.
Wide entrance halls with individual cloak/shoe room with ground floor open plan living kitchen and dining including pantry and integrated car garage.
First floor areas consist of walk in wardrobes, large bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms finished to exceptional quality.
